  • Review special angles of

  • Continue to use trigonometric identities to rewrite expressions and verify trigonometric identities
  • Start the sum and difference identities for sine and cosine (time permitting)
Thursday 1-20-22 
  • Finish rewriting expressions and verification of trigonometric identities 
  • Continue sum and difference formulas for sine and cosines (time permitting)
  • Derive the double angle formulas for sine and cosine (time permitting)
  • Determine exact values of sine and cosine of angles using sum, difference, and double angle formulas (time permitting)
Friday 1-21-21    Secpond Summative Assessment
  • Be able to rewrite expressions using trigonometric identities 
  • Be able to verify trigonometric identities
  • Be able to determine exact values of specified angles based on given information or special multiples of 15 degrees (or pi/12 in radians)
  • Be able to to reference a right triangle in any quadrant and apply results with the sum, difference , and double angle rules
