Steps: 
  • Have a PDF that you would like to link using text on Weebly
  • Use text option drag it to where you would like it to appear
  • HIGHLIGHT TEXT FROM BACK OF TEXT
  • Click LINK tab
  • Select file to link 
  • REMEMBER to select open in new tab
  • Publish web site
  • Double check that it actually made to your webpage 
    • don't forget to refresh
